Hilarious. Susie -- you are AMAZING -- you bring your open face and hands to Mali, and even the heat, you manage to smile about, at least to us, for it has be roasting, and day and day out, and yes, I know the monsoons/rains are coming, but my little iphone says not yet (while here they're really here!). Even the sitting, which probably is a must-do in the heat yet excruciating in its own way -- you do it! And now you can make ground millet! But what I really mean is, that same spirit that led you to make rope and millet will lead you through the next phase -- you'll be fine. Those fears, of what you'll do, will it be good enough -- don't give them any heed -- heck, they don't pay rent in your brain to be there. Meanwhile, sending you love love love -- and I can't believe this morning, the one morning I go out to make beans, that I missed you online.
